CSA

csa-logoWelcome to Collis and a warm welcome to new parents and carers joining us this year.

For those who have joined us this year the Collis School Association (CSA) is the parent & teacher association at Collis. Our aims are to:

  1. Enhance the learning experience of our children by creating a better learning environment for staff and children.
  2. Cultivate the relationship between children, parents and the school through the wide variety of social and fundraising events and activities held throughout the year.

Infant Library School Kitchen Infant Playground School Minibus

We are a very active PTA successfully raising between £20-25,000 a year. We have contributed to many school projects including: the refurbishment of the School Kitchen, Infant library, Infant playground and school minibus.

There are five ways we let you know what is happening:

  1. Upcoming Events are available on this website
  2. There are notice boards all around the school and they always have our contact details, a calendar of events and special promotions.
  3. The CSA Newsletter is produced fortnightly and sent electronically; printed copies are always available in the school office.
  4. Class Reps; each class is requested to elect a class rep who will be our link to all the parents of Collis.
  5. And me, I’m in the play ground most days, normally wearing a bright yellow cycling jacket, so come and say hello. I’m Sue Croft chairman of the CSA.
